   This should be radio button with options for 12, 23, 36

   This should be 3 select menus with options for day, month and year
9. allowableMilieage
   This should be radio buttons with options for 12000, 24000, 36000
10. actualMileage
    This should be a text entry
11. sellingPrice
    This should be a text entry
12. reservePrice
    This should be a text entry
